  1. Will an adjustable ring fit me?

Our range of adjustable rings will fit any size hand and any finger.

 

  1. How should I clean my jewellery?

Silver naturally tarnishes over time and can be brought back its original shine by using a silver jewellery polish cloth or silver polish that can be found in the supermarket or online.

 

  1. How should I take care of my jewellery?

If you have purchased an adjustable ring please be aware that It can become weak with many adjustments and should be removed as if it were a fixed size ring after adjusting to your finger of choice.

Remove jewellery before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewellery. This includes, but is not limited to the following: Perspiration, Perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine and salt water. Please view our instructional video for further guidance.         

Jewellery should be regularly polished, stored away from natural sunlight and heat in a jewellery box or a tarnish-resistant pouch.

 

  1. How is the jewellery packaged?

The jewellery is packaged in a traditionally styled ring box and comes with a poem about feathers and angels.

 

  1. How can I exchange or return my item or item’s

  1. How long does it take to receive a refund?

If you paid with a debit or credit card, a refund could take between 3-5 working days to be credited to your account.If you paid with Paypal, the funds will be available in your account immediately.

 

  1. How do I edit or cancel my order?

When your order has been processed there is no way to edit the order however if you have entered your delivery address wrong, please contact info@fiyah.com as soon as possible so we can update your address.

 

  1. I’ve pre-ordered an item how long will I have to wait?

If you’ve pre-ordered an item, it will say on the item’s page when it is expected back in stock.

 

  1. I’m not sure what size ring fits me, how I can find out?

All our fixed size rings are sized first with the UK sizing and then the USA sizing, for example, O/7.
